These terms describe the use of the personal companion tools operated under the AgentNeo identity. The tools are built and run privately by a single operator and are not offered to the public.
AgentNeo's tooling is built for a single operator. There is no signup, no sale of services, and no public-facing product. The tools run locally on the operator's machine.
The tools are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. The operator uses them at their own discretion and assumes responsibility for any content they publish through them.
The tools are designed to operate within the terms of service of the platforms they connect to (LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Google, etc.), using their official APIs. The operator remains bound by those platforms' own terms of service and community guidelines.
Any post, comment, video, or other content published through these tools is authored by, and is the responsibility of, the operator. The tools do not generate or publish content autonomously without the operator's review and authorization.
These terms may be updated. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes.
