Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes how the personal companion tools operated under the AgentNeo identity handle data. AgentNeo is a single-operator AI copiloto built and run privately by its owner. It is not offered as a service to third parties, has no signup, and has no public-facing product.

1. What data is accessed

When the operator authorizes the tools through third-party APIs (LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Google Workspace, etc.), the tools may read or write the following on behalf of the operator only:

• The operator's own profile information on the authorized platform (display name, email, avatar, public profile fields).
• Pages, channels, or company accounts the operator administers.
• Content the operator owns (posts, videos, comments) and basic statistics on that content.
• OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by the platforms for the authorized accounts.

The tools may also publish content (posts, videos, comments) to the operator's own accounts, on the operator's explicit instruction.

2. What data is NOT accessed

• No data is collected about other users, viewers, followers, or commenters beyond what is publicly attached to the operator's own content.
• No third-party analytics, advertising trackers, fingerprinting, or data brokers are used.
• No content, tokens, or telemetry are shared with anyone outside the operator.
• No data is sold, traded, or rented to any third party under any circumstance.

3. Where data is stored

OAuth tokens and any cached metadata are stored locally on the operator's personal computer, in files restricted to the operator's user account (file permissions 0600). They are never uploaded to any external service or third-party server beyond the original platform that issued them.

4. Data retention and deletion

The operator may revoke the tools' access at any time from the corresponding platform's app settings (LinkedIn, Google, TikTok, etc.). Upon revocation, any stored OAuth tokens become invalid. Local cache files can be deleted by the operator at any time without affecting any third party.

5. Children's privacy

These tools are not intended for use by anyone under 13. The operator is an adult.

6. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes.
